I decided to check these guys out after catching their set opening for Cave In in Mesa, AZ. Driving yet melodic rock music at it's finest. It's a perfect balance between the dark and the light with heavy hitting drums and bass accompanying Ben Verellen's vocals and guitar. Great music!

I probably would've missed out on this had it not been for my subscription to magnetic eye records (you really should subscribe). This is for doom lovers, yes, but it's much more than the standard issue doom that often pushes casual listeners away. This album is emotional, heavy, and clear in its efforts to engage the listener and keep you hooked. Special shout out for the production which places the fantastic bass playing right where you can actually hear it. Highly recommended!
